* If payment is not made within 20 business days after project delivery, Meridian Partners S.L. may close the project. A €65 administration fee will be required to reopen it.
* Payments are not automatically charged; you will receive an invoice with the amount to be paid.
* Failure to pay will result in cancellation or deactivation of the service.
* No refunds are provided unless the delivered service does not match the project plan.
Payments and Refunds
* Services are paid in advance or in installments as agreed.
* In case of a refund, the client must remove all completed work (server, hosting, website, etc.).
* Personalized services such as web design, programming, or custom applications are non-refundable.
Prohibited Activities
The user MAY NOT:
* Impersonate another person or entity.
* Upload, publish, or share content without copyright authorization.
* Send unsolicited mass emails or engage in spam practices.
* Share computer viruses or malicious files.
* Violate applicable ICANN policies.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Meridian Partners S.L. harmless from any claims arising from the use of the services.
